I had two issues.1) I had to park my own truck in service parking lot and I backed into a pole in your lot. My truck didn't warn me it was there and the space was small and I was worried about hitting a car. 2) I booked online and the price I booked was different then the price that was originally on my bill, it was adjusted but this sysment needs to be integrated.

Service was done in a timely and efficient manner. I noticed the car wash as soon as I approached my car, but they even cleaned the inside of the windshield which really needed it! Thank you!

This is actually my 2nd time visiting CDBuick dealership, the first time I was just browsing to see what grabbed my attention, I was not pressured to purchase, which was great. This is when I met Kevin Chinchilla. A few weeks later, I went back and took it a bit further. Kevin and the others were very welcoming and attentive. They listened to needs and allowed me to take my time seeking the right vehicle. The test drives allowed me to experience the full affect, the smooth ride and very advanced features. Once my mind was made up, the price and financing options were straightforward and stress-free. My overall experience was exceptional, and the luxury quality of my new vehicle is exciting. Kevin was excellent, during our down time and our conversation, we had some things in common, this is also what made my experience awesome. I highly recommend your dealership to others in the market for a new car.
