Very frustrated that I am continually told by Cable Dahmer Dealerships that they suggest the "Severe" driving conditions service items. My vehicle is not mainly driven in city conditions with hot temperatures. This is not a hilly or mountainous terrain. I do not tow a trailer. I do not drive my truck as a race car. I do not use my truck for taxi/police/delivery services.

From the moment the team welcomed me until the time I left, they provided excellent service. They took care of my truck's oil change, as well as the cabin and engine air filters, all of which were done remarkably well. I will continue to have them service my GMC 1500 Denali.

The Service end was very good. The person handling the courtesy cars is more like a drilll sergeant vs. someone that is focused on being polite and customer oriented. She could use some sensitivity training.

Dropped car off with the expectation that it would be ready in 4 hours and it was not ready. Also, I received and approved additional work, but then received a call the car was ready before the work was done. Paying by check to avoid credit card fee is hassle.

The people I dealt with were very nice. However, I was waiting for the car and did not expect it to take 2 hours. Also, I don't think a fee should be charged when I use my credit card, I don't have debit and I do not carry that much cash with me.
