Confirmed Service Customer
There has been an open recall for over a year. I received a voice mail and an email that I needed to schedule an appointment to get the recall taken care of and to do an oil change. I scheduled the appointment for both. My husband took the vehicle in for service only to find out that they don't have the parts for the recall. That may take another three to four weeks.
