In fairness to the dealership, they do continue to try to address the problem my car is having; however, the problem remains uncorrected after numerous visits to the dealership. There doesn't seem to be a cohesive, sequential plan where several possible solutions can be attempted in a single visit until the matter is resolved. It's very frustrating to have to continue to bring my car back in after each single alternative is tried. Charles Foraker 816-716-9397
