Confirmed Service Customer
My car was picked up as scheduled the prior week for oil change and tire rotation. As with prior services there I confirmed they could return my vehicle by noon. This was reiterated and confirmed at the pick up which the driver looked at the paperwork and said yes, by noon. At 11:45 I called since I had not seen a text that the car was on its way back. They transferred me to another person who called me back to tell me hit my car had not even been started on ti do the service. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him to send my car back asap. My car arrived around 12:30. Then I got a voicemail on Friday of CSR wanting to reschedule. The whole point was to get this done before I left on a trip. This was 180 degrees different than the service I gave received in service prior since I relocated here. I also have a couple recalls that need to be addressed. Past disappointed. And not impressed with the call center you gave to make appts. I went through setting up appt and when I wanted to confirm noon return they transferred me to service saying they couldn���t provide info and I had to start all over with info for the appt.
