In fairness to the dealership, they do continue to try to address the problem my car is having; however, the problem remains uncorrected after numerous visits to the dealership. There doesn't seem to be a cohesive, sequential plan where several possible solutions can be attempted in a single visit until the matter is resolved. Actual price was higher than phone quote, with otherwise no added items of work. Also, lack of transparency in itemized pricing was confusing and frustrating: I was told over the phone that there were ���no added supply costs for fluid changes���, however, I was ultimately invoiced for multiple supplies.
