Quick service!

In fairness to the dealership, they do continue to try to address the problem my car is having; however, the problem remains uncorrected after numerous visits to the dealership. There doesn't seem to be a cohesive, sequential plan where several possible solutions can be attempted in a single visit until the matter is resolved. It's very frustrating to have to continue to bring my car back in after each single alternative is tried. Charles Foraker 816-716-9397

Actual price was higher than phone quote, with otherwise no added items of work. Also, lack of transparency in itemized pricing was confusing and frustrating: I was told over the phone that there were ���no added supply costs for fluid changes���, however, I was ultimately invoiced for multiple supplies.
