There has been an open recall for over a year. I received a voice mail and an email that I needed to schedule an appointment to get the recall taken care of and to do an oil change. I scheduled the appointment for both. My husband took the vehicle in for service only to find out that they don't have the parts for the recall. That may take another three to four weeks.

I found marketing information about the new Sierra Denali EV. So for several months I was calling dealersips in KC to see how I could get my hands on them. Lots of runaround. I finally talked with James in your sales department and he went to work locating me one. I knew it may take six months or so but he and Phil (the sales leader), you were able to get one in for me. Your 0% financing was a nice touch too.

Terrible service I went to go have my truck looked at the first thing. The service supervisor told me that I was crazy. Went back to get his service again. Another service agreement service guy told me that $3000 just to get my truck back with no work done on it Argued about that. They went down and said there���s no charge for your truck. We didn���t do anything about it but they made sure that they put $3000 here too get my truck back had to argue and fight to get my truck back. I don���t understand why this happened to me , not satisfied with Cable Dahmer finally got my truck back three weeks later with the job only took 14 hours to do thank you

My car was picked up as scheduled the prior week for oil change and tire rotation. As with prior services there I confirmed they could return my vehicle by noon. This was reiterated and confirmed at the pick up which the driver looked at the paperwork and said yes, by noon. At 11:45 I called since I had not seen a text that the car was on its way back. They transferred me to another person who called me back to tell me hit my car had not even been started on ti do the service. He asked if I wanted to reschedule and I told him to send my car back asap. My car arrived around 12:30. Then I got a voicemail on Friday of CSR wanting to reschedule. The whole point was to get this done before I left on a trip. This was 180 degrees different than the service I gave received in service prior since I relocated here. I also have a couple recalls that need to be addressed. Past disappointed. And not impressed with the call center you gave to make appts. I went through setting up appt and when I wanted to confirm noon return they transferred me to service saying they couldn���t provide info and I had to start all over with info for the appt.
